Urbanscapes 2014 reached new heights as thousands of people flooded Genting last Saturday for great food, whimsical art installations, live music and so much more!
This year’s installment of one of the longest-running creative arts festival in Malaysia has just ended – and it was an epic event! Bring on the next one already!
Set for the center stage at the Horse Ranch, Resorts World Genting on December 6, The Urbanscapes 2014 lineup included international acts like Kimbra, Local Natives, Chvrches, Tenacious D, Mogwai, Jagwar Ma and The Lemonheads.
They shared the stage with plenty of local acts too, including Najwa, Azmyl Yunor & Orkes Padu, Faiq & The Manja Mob, Paperplane Pursuit and the winners of R.AGE OpenMic in 2012, Jumero!
As an official partner of Urbanscapes 2014, we managed to score interesting interviews with Kimbra, Tenacious D, Mogwai and Chvrches. Don’t worry if you’ve missed out on some of them, that’s what this page is for!
