The captain of Calyx Co-Ed, from SMK Katholik, says people don’t recognise the extreme athleticism you need to be a cheerleader in our latest CHEER 2015 video.

She also talks about how important it is to build trust among cheerleading teammates, ‘cos you’re constantly relying on someone else to make sure you don’t fall. Check it out:
