Roma Tomatoes Stewed Chicken Drumstick w/ Thai Basil

 
What’s that? Looks great ~

An easy yet healthy dish to be prepared. 

A bite of meat with the bursting flavours of acidity from tomatoes & a hint of spiciness & many more!
Get yourself ready to cook it out & taste the paradise.
How to do ?
1. Gather the ingredients & get’em diced or cubes.
2. Have a pan with red palm oil ready & hot.
3. Stir-fry the ingredients until golden, aromatic & caramelized!
4. Add in the chicken stock & allow it to simmer until all ingredients being soften.
5. Blend the mixture into a smooth paste & season the paste before adding in the chicken.
6. Stew the chicken in the paste for 2- 3 hours.
7. Present it on the plate & taste it in your mouth.
