Phil and Clarie Foster are a sensible and loving – albeit boring – couple living in New Jersey. In an attempt to spice up their married life, Phil decides to take Claire on a spontaneous date in Manhattan – at a posh restaurant without a reservation.

They steal a no-show couple’s reservation, without realising that their ‘fake’ identities belong to a criminal couple who are wanted by the police and some dangerous people.

As Phil and Claire realise that their date night has gone awry, they embark on an exciting and dangerous adventure to save their lives and marriage!
