CHRISTMAS this year could not have been more exciting for the two lucky people who won the latest Nokia Lumia 920 last Saturday at Techduology Live at Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus in Sunway, Petaling Jaya.
Techduology went live on YouTube in August last year and the duo behind the successful podcast , Jason Goh (also known as SmashPop) and Loh Ben Jern are absolute tech-freaks.
“Ben and I are big fans of gadgets. We review them (latest gadgets) on our blogs and the idea of doing a videocast popped up one day when we were watching Diggnation,” said Goh.
The duo is also the host of the successful online show, which is subscribed by not only tech “geeks” but also those who simply want to know more about smart phones and other gadgets they use in their daily lives.
Techduology Christmas LIVE 2012 was their second live event since April this year. The two energetic hosts certainly put up a great show for the crowd that turned up at the event last weekend.
The audience had the chance to take part in many exciting games and win awesome prizes. Lifestyle blogger Chenelle and TV host Nadia Nazir were also part of the event, which began with mobile application of the year review.
This was the time for people to praise and trash all the applications available on mobile platforms before rating them from best to the worst.
They selected Instagram and Line messenger as the two best apps and the worst app title went to iOS Color and Maps.
This session was followed by an exclusive review on the latest Nokia Lumia 920.
“Jason and Ben definitely provided good insight on the latest gadgets from angles which most tech reviewers miss out on,” said web designer Agnes The, 23.
