OMG…I don’t know if you had known this before but it seriously is a serious piece of news to me!

The eternal bachelor made the shocking announcement during his appearance on the Piers Morgan Tonight (which has been getting some awesome celebrity interviews) show.

George, accompanied by his father Nick, revealed this piece of news in response to his dad’s yearning for him to get married.

“I hate to blow your whole news story but I was married, so I gave it a shot.”

Apparently, Gorgeous George was married from 1989-1993 to fellow actress Talia Balsam (erm, who?).

The dashing actor, who is currently dating model Elisabetta Canalis, also added that he isn’t keen on tying the knot again because the failure of his marriage stands testament to just how ‘good’ he is with married life.

Sharm says: Sorry Elisabetta, looks like he ain’t gonna put a ring on it anytime soon.
