Just in case you guys don’t remember, Britney Spears’ former manager Sam Lufti had a case against the pop star and her family.

All clear!

He sued her and the rest of the Spears clan for unpaid fees, alleged assauilt and defamation for Lynne Spears’ autobiography in 2008.

However, after six days of trial, a judge declared that Lufti’s lawsuit against the Spears’ family be dismissed.

Los Angeles Superior Court judge Suzanne Brugera said, “So the motions are granted … as to all the defendants and all the causes of action. That is the right thing to do, so I am going to do it.”

Sorry Sam ...

Lufti, despite losing the case, was seen telling reporters of his plans to appeal the ruling.
