You know we’re heading towards the time of the year when more and more big movies are headed our way. Case in point, The Hunger Games, which is one of the more widely-promoted movies, and is days away from debuting in local cinemas.

Similar to most major franchises, it’s also got its own tie-ins as well. There’s a Facebook game coming out, as well as a, yes, you guessed it – a full-on boardgame!

The Hunger Games: District 12 Strategy Game is being produced by NECA and WizKids, and is (of course) set up to follow the events in the book franchise, which is authored by Suzanne Collins.

Well, am eager to see how this one turns out, when it comes out in the coming months. Let’s see eh?
