So what’s the current World of Warcraft TCG metagame like?

Based on the 2012 Asia-Pacific Continental Championship, looks like Warlock is top dog now. Scott Landis writes on the World of Warcraft TCG website, that with cards such as Boundless Hellfire, the cloth class managed to win the tournament handily. Impressive stuff.

Landis spends some time running through the list of top cards used across the multiple decks that fare well. Nothing too surprising IMHO, as the very same cards have been making an impact for months.

Daedak the Graveborne, Mazu ’kon and Pygmy Pyramid are some of the more commonly used allies. The better news is that the latest expansion, Tomb of the Forgotten, seem to have made a significant impact. Hurrah for the new stuff!
