VIDEO: The process of baking with a wood fired oven

While most young people wrestle with deadlines, projects and mountains of emails, James Lim, 35, has taken a completely different route – traditional baking.

The young baker has taken over his grandfather’s bakery, the Hiap Joo Bakery and Biscuit Factory, and plans to keep the business going strong. Watch this video to see how a typical (12-hour!!) day is like for this dedicated man.
