She completed her vegan’s-worst-nightmare ensemble with a cap and booties to match.

While some find the dress revolting, there are also those who think that Lady Gaga made a great statement with that outfit. What statement? Exactly.

"I feel like having a barbeque. Where can I find some good meat? Hmm.."
