Ouch. That must really hurt.

The handsome 26-year-old actor sure can’t seem to catch a break (no pun intended) as he fell and broke his jaw at the entrance of his Los Angeles home. Apparently he slipped on a puddle of water and fell real hard.

E! Online reports that the actor’s jaw has been wired shut and that he also required a few stitches for a gash on his face.

Poor Zac has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons this year. Last month, it was reported that Zac went to rehab, twice, for alleged alcohol and drug addictions.

Sharm says: Get well soon Zac. Hope the drugs they give at the hospital won’t trigger a relapse any time soon.
